Immunity Boosting Orange Berry Smoothie

Ingredients required

1 cup oranges (peeled & de-seeded)

1cup frozen blackberries

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 medium banana (peeled & de-seeded)

2 cups almond mlik

1 tbsp beaming superfood smoothie blend

Directions for preparation

Add all of the fruit to a blender.

Pour the soy milk over the top and add the ice .

blend well
