Energy Boosting Berry Banana Smoothie

ingredients required

1 cup almond mlik

1 banana (peeled & sliced)

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup dates (de-seeded & chopped)

3 tbsp beaming protein blend with greens

3 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions for preparation

Add all of the fruit to a blender.

Pour the soy milk over the top and add the ice .

blend well
