Banana Date Protein Shake

Ingredients required

3 Dates (chopped)

1 banana (peeled & sliced)

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup almond milk

3 tbsp beaming superfood protein Blend

2 tbsp premium gold ground flax seed

Directions for preparation

Add all of the fruit to a blender.

Pour the soy milk over the top and add the ice .

blend well
